1. Purpose of the Rahyab Community

Rahyab Mohajer was created to build a healthy, respectful, useful, and trustworthy space for connection among Iranian migrants.

Our goal is to help form useful connections, introduce services, exchange experience, grow businesses, and increase cooperation among Iranians abroad.

Using Rahyab's services means fully accepting these rules and committing to follow them.

2. Mutual Respect

All users are required, in their interactions, to:

• behave respectfully
• refrain from insults, threats, discrimination, or harassing behavior
• respect differences in viewpoints, cultures, and beliefs

Rahyab Mohajer reserves the right to remove content or restrict the accounts of those who create an unhealthy environment.

3. User Responsibility

Each user is fully responsible for:

• published content
• registered information
• interactions
• agreements
• communications
• transactions
• trips
• hosting
• cargo carrying
• sending documents
• and any activity carried out through the platform

Rahyab Mohajer is solely a communication and information medium and does not intervene in any of the users' agreements or interactions.

4. No Guarantee and Rahyab Mohajer's Responsibility

Rahyab Mohajer:

• does not approve or guarantee any user, business, host, travel companion, or service provider
• is not responsible for the accuracy of published information
• is not responsible for the quality of services or the behavior of users
• is not responsible for disputes, damages, or problems between users
• is not responsible for events arising from travel, accommodation, ride-sharing, hosting, or exchanges

All use of the platform's services is at the users' own personal responsibility.

Before any interaction, users are required to:

• carry out the necessary checks
• exercise personal caution
• comply with the laws of their country of residence

5. Prohibition of Illegal Activities

Using Rahyab Mohajer for the following activities is prohibited:

• fraud
• identity forgery
• publishing fake information
• deceptive advertising
• illegal carrying or transfer of goods
• activities violating immigration or customs laws
• publishing immoral or illegal content
• harassing or bothering users
• unauthorized collection of user information
• sending spam or bulk advertising

If such cases are observed, Rahyab Mohajer reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with legal authorities.

6. Rules for Ride-sharing, Hosting, and Travel

The sections related to:

• ride-sharing
• hosting
• travel
• local connections
• travel-experience exchange

are designed solely to enable connection between users.

Rahyab Mohajer:

• performs no security or identity checks on users
• does not guarantee the safety of trips or stays
• is not responsible for users' behavior in in-person meetings
• is not responsible for financial, physical, psychological, or legal damages arising from interactions between users

Users are required to:

• exercise full caution before in-person meetings
• share sensitive personal information carefully
• accept full responsibility for their decisions and interactions

7. Rules for Cargo and Documents

Rahyab Mohajer is solely a medium for connecting users and has no involvement in:

• cargo carrying
• sending documents
• financial exchanges
• transfer of goods
• customs matters
• or agreements between users

It has no such involvement.

Rahyab Mohajer:

• bears no responsibility for the contents of cargo
• does not check the legality of goods
• is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or customs problems
• provides no guarantee regarding the security or accuracy of exchanges

Users are required to personally comply with the laws of the countries and the transport and customs regulations.

8. Businesses and Advertising

Business owners are fully responsible for the information, services, advertising, images, and content they publish.

Rahyab Mohajer:

• does not guarantee the quality of services or products
• does not check businesses' legal permits
• is not responsible for financial or service disputes between users and businesses

Showing a business on Rahyab does not constitute its approval or recommendation.

9. Right to Manage and Remove Content

Rahyab Mohajer reserves the right at any time to:

• remove content
• restrict or block an account
• edit or hide information
• cut off user access

These actions may be taken without prior notice for security, legal, ethical, or administrative reasons.

10. Reporting Violations

Users can report the following:

• fraud
• fake content
• abuse
• harassment
• inappropriate behavior
• illegal activity

Rahyab Mohajer may review reports but is not obligated to act, respond, or arbitrate between users.

11. Access Restriction and Service Suspension

Rahyab Mohajer may at any time:

• change part of the services
• remove features
• restrict user access
• or suspend the provision of services

without incurring any responsibility toward users.

12. The Ultimate Goal of the Rahyab Community

Rahyab Mohajer strives to build a healthy, useful, and humane platform for bringing Iranian migrants closer to one another.

We believe that, despite all differences, Iranians abroad can be a strong network of support, cooperation, opportunity, and empathy for one another.
