Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Rahyab Mohajer account and all data associated with it at any time, either from the mobile app or from the website. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Deletion is permanent
When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed from our servers — this is a real deletion, not a deactivation. There is no recovery or grace period.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, password, preferences)
- Businesses you own, including all their photos and files
- Your comments and ratings
- Your flight exchange posts
- Your uploaded files and images
- All sessions, sign-in tokens, and verification codes
Delete from the mobile app
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab
- Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page
- Type the confirmation phrase and confirm — your account and data are deleted immediately
Delete from the website
- Sign in to your account
- Open Dashboard → Profile
- In the “Delete Account” section, type the confirmation phrase and confirm
Can't access your account?
If you can no longer sign in (for example, you lost access to your email), contact us and we will verify your identity and delete your account for you.
